Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 4 Chilean sea bass fillets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
