Chilean Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 4 Chilean sea bass fillets
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, herbs, lemon juice, and zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the sea bass fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
