Chili Fritters (spicy Mirchi Bajji)

Chili Fritters, also known as Spicy Mirchi Bajji, are a popular snack from the Uttara Karnataka Cuisine. These fritters are made by stuffing large green chilies with a spicy and tangy filling, dipping them in a gram flour batter, and deep-frying until crispy. They are perfect for a rainy day or as an appetizer for a gathering.
