Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Chinese wheat noodles
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2-3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sugar to the pan. Stir well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to coat them with the sauce.
- Season with salt and garnish with chopped green onions.
