Chilli Garlic Mushroom Stir-fry

Ingredients

  • 250g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
  2. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and cooked through.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
