Chilli Garlic Mushroom Stir-fry
This Chilli Garlic Mushroom Stir-Fry is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines the flavors of Indian and Chinese cuisine.
Ingredients
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-3 green chilies, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and add minced garlic and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and cooked through.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
