Chilli Garlic Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute.
  3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
  4. Add the boiled noodles to the pan.
  5. Drizzle soy sauce and vinegar over the noodles. Toss everything together.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Chilli Garlic Noodles are ready to be served hot.
