Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 tbsp oil
- 4-5 garlic cloves, minced
- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for a minute.
- Add sliced onions and bell peppers. Cook until they are slightly tender.
- Add the boiled noodles to the pan.
- Drizzle soy sauce and vinegar over the noodles. Toss everything together.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Chilli Garlic Noodles are ready to be served hot.
