Chilli Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2-3 green chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, and sugar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
