Chilli Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients

  • 200g noodles
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2-3 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, green chilies, and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked vegetables and mushrooms. Stir well.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Chilli Mushroom Noodles are ready to be served hot.
