Chilli Mushroom Noodles
Chilli Mushroom Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish that combines the flavors of spicy chilli sauce with the umami goodness of mushrooms, all tossed with slurpy noodles. It's a perfect dish for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients
- 200g noodles
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2-3 green chilies, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, green chilies, and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are soft and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the cooked vegetables and mushrooms. Stir well.
- Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until well combined.
- Chilli Mushroom Noodles are ready to be served hot.
