Ingredients
- 4 Chinese sausages (lap cheong)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
Instructions
- Soak the Chinese sausages in hot water for 10 minutes to soften them.
- Remove the sausages from the water and slice them diagonally into thin pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce and sugar together.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausages to the pan and cook until they are slightly browned.
- Pour the soy sauce and sugar mixture over the sausages and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sausages are caramelized.
- Remove from heat and serve the Chinese sausages hot.
