Ingredients
- 500g chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 3-4 green chilies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the onions until golden brown.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they turn white.
- Stir in the cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
