Chole Bhature Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas, cooked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 bhature or naan bread
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  3. Add coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the cooked chickpeas and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Warm the bhature or naan bread.
  6. Place a spoonful of the chickpea curry on the bread, sprinkle with fresh coriander, and wrap it up.
