Ingredients
- 500g frog legs, cut into pieces

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- Coat the frog legs with cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the Sichuan peppercorns and dried red chilies, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the garlic, ginger, and green onions, and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add the frog legs and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
- Stir in the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
- Transfer to a serving plate and serve hot.
