Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon.

  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry mixture in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges to seal.
  5. Boil the pierogi in a pot of water for 5-7 minutes, until they float to the surface.
  6. Serve the Chornomorski Varenyky hot, optionally with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
