Ingredients

- 4 green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
- 4 black tea bags
- Sugar or honey, to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, bring the water and crushed cardamom pods to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the tea bags and reduce the heat to a simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the tea steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Discard the tea bags and cardamom pods, then sweeten the tea with sugar or honey to taste.
- Pour the fragrant cardamom tea into cups and serve hot.
