Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vegetable oil, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and soy sauce.
  3. Add the lamb cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb, onion, and bell pepper onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
  5. Grill the kebabs for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
