Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the pork chops and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Lower the heat to medium and add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
- Add the snap peas and cooked pork chops back to the skillet.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and vegetables. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
- Remove from heat and serve the Pork Chop Stir-Fry hot with steamed rice.
