Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons suya spice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the suya spice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture and vegetable oil onto both sides of the pork chops.
  4. Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
