Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tablespoons suya spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix together the suya spice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture and vegetable oil onto both sides of the pork chops.
- Grill the pork chops for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
