Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup groundnut powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the groundnut powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and salt.
- Add the beef cubes to the spice mixture and coat them evenly.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the kebabs in the hot oil for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are sizzling and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the kebabs from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
