Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup groundnut powder
  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the groundnut powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger powder, and salt.
  2. Add the beef cubes to the spice mixture and coat them evenly.
  3. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Cook the kebabs in the hot oil for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are sizzling and cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove the kebabs from the pan and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
