Ingredients

  • 1 cup churpi (yak cheese), grated
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the grated churpi, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. Add the melted butter and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat pancake.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the pan and serve hot with butter tea.
