Ingredients
- 1 cup churpi (yak cheese), grated
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the grated churpi, all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Add the melted butter and water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat pancake.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and serve hot with butter tea.
