Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, white parts only, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  2. Add lemongrass and garlic, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
