Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 stalks lemongrass, white parts only, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add lemongrass and garlic, and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add onion and bell peppers, and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
