Cinna Bun Cake

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nuts (if using).
- Pour half of the cake batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
- Top with the remaining batter and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
