Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package of store-bought puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, dill, green onions, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, then crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
- Place the pirozhki on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pirozhki are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
