Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package of store-bought puff pastry

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, dill, green onions, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle, then crimp the edges with a fork to seal.
  6. Place the pirozhki on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pirozhki are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
