Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the mushroom stems and set aside.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and mushroom stems, and cook until softened.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the filling into the mushroom caps and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
