Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped clams
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 4 cups clam juice

Instructions

  3. Add the diced potatoes and clam juice to the pot. Simmer until the potatoes are tender.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and flour. Pour the mixture into the pot and stir to combine.
  5. Add the chopped clams and cooked bacon to the pot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer the chowder for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
