Clay Pot Fish with Dill and Turmeric (Cá kho tộ)

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillets with fish sauce and sugar for 30 minutes.
