Ingredients
- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 4 Chinese sausages, sliced
- 4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice and drain well. Place it in the claypot.
- Arrange the Chinese sausage, shiitake mushrooms, green onions, and garlic on top of the rice.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour this mixture over the ingredients in the claypot.
- Pour the chicken broth over the rice and ingredients.
- Cover the claypot and cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
- Once the rice is cooked, let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Mix everything together before serving.
