Ingredients
- 2 cups dried chickpeas
- 1 chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.

- Add the carrots, potatoes, bay leaf, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the soaked chickpeas and add them to the pot.
