Ingredients

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, lime juice and zest, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well to create the marinade.
- Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto the soaked wooden skewers, dividing them evenly.
- Place the shrimp skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp skewers from the grill and serve hot, garnished with extra cilantro and lime wedges if desired.
