Ingredients

- 2-3 green chilies
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1/4 cup roasted chana dal
- 1/2 cup yogurt

- Water as needed
Instructions
- Add grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, and roasted chana dal to a blender.
- Add yogurt and salt to the blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve the desired consistency.
- Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
- Temper with mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, and red chilies (optional).
