Ingredients
- 4 fillets of white fish
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika, cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Add the fish fillets to the pan, spoon the curry sauce over the fish, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
