Coconut Curry Fish Delicacy

Ingredients

  • 4 fillets of white fish
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and paprika, cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the fish fillets to the pan, spoon the curry sauce over the fish, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve the Coconut Curry Fish hot with steamed rice or crusty bread.
