Coconut Lemongrass Chicken Skewers (Brochettes de Pollo con Coco y Hierba de Limón)

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
