- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 cup coconut milk

Instructions
- In a shallow dish, combine coconut milk, lime juice and zest, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add the fish fillets and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Remove the fish from the marinade and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until flaky.
- Warm the corn tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the tacos by placing flaked fish on each tortilla, topping with shredded cabbage, cilantro, and avocado slices.
- Serve the tacos with extra lime wedges on the side.
