Ingredients
- 1 pound salted codfish, soaked and flaked

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flaked codfish, chopped onion, and parsley.

- Sift the flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix until well combined.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spoon the codfish mixture into the hot oil, forming small fritters, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
- Serve the codfish fritters hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
