Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chilled brewed coffee and honey (if using).
  2. Add the diced pineapple, watermelon, and mango to the coffee mixture.
  3. Gently toss the fruits in the coffee until well coated.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the salad and gently mix to combine.
