Ingredients
- 1 cup brewed coffee, chilled
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 1 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the chilled brewed coffee and honey (if using).
- Add the diced pineapple, watermelon, and mango to the coffee mixture.
- Gently toss the fruits in the coffee until well coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the salad and gently mix to combine.
