Ingredients

  • 4 medium beets, cooked, peeled, and grated
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled and diced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 cups kefir or buttermilk
  • 1 cup sour cream
