Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) Chinese wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp (5g) grated ginger
- 1/4 cup (30g) chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup (30g) toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the cold noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
