Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp (30ml) sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp (15g) sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp (5g) grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup (30g) toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic, and ginger to make the sauce.
  3. Pour the sauce over the cold noodles and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
