Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup diced bell peppers

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- Rinse the white rice and quinoa under cold water, then drain.
