Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh fish fillets
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

- Pour in the white wine and fish stock, then bring to a simmer.
