Ingredients
- 1 lb conch meat, finely chopped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Pour the milk mixture into the conch mixture and stir until well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Drop spoonfuls of the conch batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove the fritters from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
