Ingredients

  • 1 lb conch meat, finely chopped

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the conch meat, flour, cornmeal, onion, bell pepper, garlic, green onions, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg. Pour the milk mixture into the conch mixture and stir until well combined.
