Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the conch meat, flour, cornmeal, onion, bell pepper, garlic, green onions, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
