Ingredients

- 1 cup hot water

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and hot water. Knead the dough until smooth, then cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll out each portion into a thin circle.
- Brush the dough with vegetable oil, then sprinkle with chopped scallions and a pinch of salt.
- Roll up the dough into a tight cylinder, then coil it into a spiral and flatten it into a pancake shape.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the pancakes until golden and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and scallion filling.
