Coquito Puerto Rican
Coquito is a traditional Puerto Rican holiday drink that is creamy, sweet, and full of warm spices. It's the perfect beverage to enjoy with friends and family during the festive season.
Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, rum, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a large pitcher or bottle and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Shake well before serving and pour into glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top, if desired.
