Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (700g) lamb leg, cut into chunks
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the minced garlic, smoked paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the lamb chunks to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
