Ingredients
- 2 cups of corn kernels
- 1 cup of black beans, cooked
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft.
