Ingredients
- 500g shortcrust pastry
- 300g beef, diced
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100g swede, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

- Roll out the pastry and cut into 4 circles.
- Divide the beef, potatoes, onion, and swede among the pastry circles.

- Place the pasties on a baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
