Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 lemons, juiced and zested
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of Corsican herb blend (rosemary, thyme, oregano)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, Corsican herb blend, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
