Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

- Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender and cooked through.
