Ingredients

  • 4 beef chops
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef chops with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
  3. Add the green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Add the marinated beef chops and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Cover and cook until the beef is tender.
  6. Once the beef is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
