Ingredients
- 4 beef chops
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, slit
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions
- Marinate the beef chops with turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, black pepper, garam masala, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until golden brown.
- Add the green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the marinated beef chops and cook until browned on both sides.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and water. Cover and cook until the beef is tender.
- Once the beef is cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
