Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them in a roasting pan.
- In a saucepan, combine the guava paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, and garlic. Cook over medium heat until the guava paste is melted and the glaze is smooth.
- Brush the glaze over the ribs, covering them completely.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C). Brush the ribs with more glaze and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the glaze is caramelized.
