Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 2 cups mango puree
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Season the ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 1.5 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine the mango puree, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Brush the mango sauce onto the ribs and return to the oven for another 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
