Ingredients
- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup guava paste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Season the ribs with salt and pepper, then place them on a baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, combine the guava paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until the guava paste is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Brush the guava glaze over the ribs, covering them completely.
- Cover the ribs with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting the ribs with the glaze every 10 minutes.
- Once the ribs are tender and caramelized, remove them from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
